Here are the workout details!

Warm-up Glutes:

- Squat Pulse - 30 sec.

- Lateral Leg Lift - 10X each leg

- Hip Abduction - 30 sec.

Repeat for 3 rounds!

15 sec. REST between each round!

- Squat w/ Kickback - 20 total

- Squat w/ Step Out - 20 total

Repeat for 3 rounds!

- Sumo Squat - 12

- In-N-Out Squats - 10

Repeat for 3 rounds!

- Fire Hydrants - 10X each leg

- Donkey Kicks - 10X each leg

Repeat for 3 rounds!

- Squat Pulse - 30 sec. into 10 Squats

Repeat for 3 rounds!
